The hotel was lovely with big rooms and a small balcony off the one we stayed in (although there was no view except of the roof top). It was in a great location, across the river from the main tourist area which meant it was nice and quite but still close to all the restaurants and shops.

The location... near the "actions" of Hoi An.. almost every spots are within walking distance...just cross the bridge & you are there...
The staff,,, are not friendly sometimes even grouchy......we were not made to feel welcome... Yes everything that we requested was sort-of provided but it always be available with the feeling of friendliness ... after all running a hotel is a hospitality business,,,

Truly enjoyed our stay here and did not want to leave. Pleasant hotel, the staff were all very obliging and nice and the location was amazing so close to everything. The unit we got was nice with golden sunset, the bathroom, for example. The breakfast was comprehensive and satisfactory, had a lot of food. Location: the property was adjacent to Jap covered bridge, the night market and the ancient town and river & old town.

The location is excellent and is walking distance from the main shopping and restaurant area. The staff were friendly. The breakfast included in the price of $35 for three people per night was a choice of one dish and one drink, but you could pay less than adollar more if you wanted more, was very pleasant. This hotel has a really nice pool that is well maintained.
Our only concern was the sheets and towels which seem to be washed at the hotel were very discoloured and this was off putting.

The hotel was centrally located to the shopping and restaurants in Hoi An. It overlooks the river in the old town with only a 5/10 min walk to the main shopping area. As with most room in this budget they do have a damp aroma abouth them and have damp patches on the walls - mind you for $25 you can't complain. I would go back there again. Top tip.... Don't be fooled by the prices in opticians we were quoted $40 for single lenses inc frames and $100 vari/multi focal inc frames only to find them 25% cheaper in hcmc....
